Lighting Science HealthE Good Night A19
The Good Night™ LED lamp, originally developed for NASA astronauts on the International Space Station, lets Melatonin do its thing and helps to regulate your body's natural circadian rhythm.
The Good Night® LED light bulb, originally developed for NASA astronauts on the International Space Station, lets melatonin do its thing and helps to regulate your body’s natural circadian rhythm. So when you’re ready to sleep, your body is too.
Supports your body’s natural melatonin production - a hormone necessary for a good night sleep. Regular light bulbs suppress melatonin and emit less of the awake hours “blue sky” waves. Helps to promote a healthy circadian rhythm by assisting you in falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and getting a more restful night sleep.
This bulb works best for bedrooms.
I put these bulbs in the reading lamps in the bedroom. The bulb has a nice warm glow that is good for reading and TV watching at night. With previous bulbs we found ourselves needed to buy dimmers to control the light in the evenings, but this bulb works well at full power.
